Mum & Dad were moving round big pieces of furniture last night so I hid under here instead!!

Mum & Dad decided to decorate the house, so I’ve been helping! Mostly by staying out of the way and going to snooze on the bed instead. But by Sunday lunchtime I was fed up of being ignored so I went and watched them paint instead. They put me in a box because I kept running around and stepping in paint!

Oh wow oh wow oh wow they gave me ROAST BEEF. And what they call veggytubbles, yumyumyum!!

They said something about no dinner later though.

I was very excited today because Mum was late getting home and when she got in she had bags that smelled good again! Later, she went in the kitchen (one of my favourite places) and starting doing stuff. I heard the words ‘pancake day’ a lot so I think that’s what it was today. Anyway, it was GREAT. I got to taste some bits from pancakes she called rejects.

What I really want to know is this: how often is pancake day?? Is it once a month, or what? Once a year – once a week?? When can I expect this treat again?????

I’m not sure about the yellow liquid they put on them though, there was some on one of my bits and it wasn’t quite as tasty as the others.

Lots of sleeping. Mum’s home now. I guess I’ll sleep some more later.
